Originally from Toronto, after graduating from Upper Canada College, Dr. Kevin Lee moved to the United States. He received a scholarship to attend Boston University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, then spent the next four years obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He subsequently moved to New York City and completed his hospital-based residency at the teaching hospital of Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

As a Resident, he treated patients with varying dental and facial trauma and infection, and trained in complex dental and surgical procedures. He also treated medically and physically-compromised patients in the Operating Room, while being trained and becoming certified to administer intravenous (IV) sedation by the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Lee pursued additional post-graduate training in surgical implantology and bone grafting/guided tissue regeneration, as well as soft tissue surgery for functional and cosmetic purposes (including Alloderm and connective tissue gum grafting). He has achieved Fellowship with The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Dental Implant Association, and is a Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Lee is a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. He also devotes part of his time treating the native First Nations community in Northern Ontario by acting as a Staff Dental Surgeon at Weeneebayko General Hospital. He is certified by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the National Dental Examination Board of Canada, and the American National Board Dental Examination. Dr. Lee enjoys traveling, good food, and sports (especially soccer, tennis and skiing). He considers himself a “social” golfer; any and all tips are welcome.
